Come From Away Musical

Gander found itself at the centre of the world once more on September 11, 2001, when 38 planes were diverted here during the terrorist attacks in the U.S. The town's residents opened their homes and hearts to thousands of stranded passengers, embodying a spirit of kindness and hospitality that made headlines worldwide and inspired the hit musical Come From Away.

Come From Away is expected to return to Gander in July 2026! This special hometown production brings the story back to where it all began, making it an unforgettable experience for anyone attending the convention. We expect Wednesday, July 15th to be a scheduled show date, and ticket bookings will be available after Christmas. The Gander Elks Lodge will be more than happy to assist with group bookings or individual tickets once details are finalized, stay tuned!
