For the first time ever, the Elks of Canada National Convention will host a blended National Convention, allowing Members from across Canada to register and attend the Elks of Canada National Convention both in-person and virtually through Zoom. If you are a local Lodge that is looking to host a Virtual Viewing Party for the 2024 Elks of Canada National Convention or are a group of Members looking to gather as a group to participate in the proceedings this year, you can register your group as a viewing party by following the instructions below!

Please fill out the following information so we can register your viewing party with the Grand Lodge Offices. We’ll contact you with some additional information in the months and weeks leading up to the Convention to ensure you have everything you need to host a successful viewing party.
Each member of your viewing party must be registered with Grand Lodge to attend and participate. If you need to register, please fill out the following registration form to attend, or if registering as a group, contact Alma at the Grand Lodge Office either via e-mail or by calling Toll Free at 1 (888) 843-3557.
Each group attending the 2024 Virtual National Convention must name a group Scrutineer. The Scrutineer will be required to report the number of delegates who are in attendance with your group, record and communicate the results of votes from the group to the Grand Lodge, and maintain voting integrity for your party. Scrutineers will be required to attend a short virtual training session prior to the Convention with the Grand Judiciary and Grand Lodge and will be provided with tools to manage the process.
We will be contacting Scrutineers to have them attend a brief training session with the Grand Lodge and the Grand Judiciary Chair to ensure that they are well-versed on their duties and expectations during the Convention.
