Are you between the ages of 12 and 19 with an idea to make your community a better place?

The Junior Elks program can help bring your idea to life. Young People can apply for up to $1,500 in funding to support a community project, fundraiser, or initiative that makes a difference.

 

What You Can Do with the Funds:

  • Start your own fundraiser for a cause you care about.

  • Organize events like car washes, BBQs, community clean ups, youth nights, etc!

  • Partner with local charities or Elks Lodges to support community needs.

Requirements to Be Eligible:

  • Must be 12–19 years old and hold a valid student card.

  • Submit a clear plan for your initiative, including budget and goals.

  • Provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.

  • Track volunteer hours (these may count toward high school graduation requirements in some provinces).

  3. If approved, you’ll receive funding and mentorship from your local Elks Lodge.
